Employee Resource Group
The Employee Resource Groups and Networks, including Pride Groups and Ally Networks, drive everyday LGBTQ+ inclusion from within their organisations. They also often support Day of Significance celebrations and promote visibility and awareness of diverse sexualities and gender identities.
This collection focuses on capabilities that matter for building inclusion with and within teams. Each training listed is grounded in evidence‑based learning design and tailored for networks across workplaces, healthcare, community organisations, and sport.
With multi‑modal options including eLearning, facilitated sessions, microlearning, and practical tools, this collection helps employee resource groups strengthen their impact and contribute meaningfully to long‑term LGBTQ+ inclusion.
