Inclusive communication is a key aspect of allyship to LGBTQ+ communities. As sharing pronouns becomes more commonplace, many wonder how to have these conversations respectfully and effectively.
This training is designed to improve your understanding of pronouns as part of inclusive communication, addressing common questions including:
- What are pronouns?
- Why is using the correct pronouns for others important?
- How can I use the correct pronouns for people?
- What if I use the wrong pronouns for someone?
- Why should I share my pronouns?
Pride Training courses are developed and delivered by LGBTQ+ community members and subject matter experts, and include activities, media, open discussions, and access to a range of useful resources.
