In many workplaces and communities, people still experience being misgendered or having their identities overlooked — often not out of malice, but from uncertainty, habit, or lack of awareness. These moments, however small they may seem, can erode trust, belonging, and psychological safety.
This short course addresses that gap by giving you the confidence and practical tools to use personal pronouns respectfully and consistently. You’ll explore why pronouns matter for self identification, how correct usage fosters inclusion, and the role everyday allyship plays in creating safer, more respectful spaces.
