Pride Pathways: Future LGBTQ+ Leaders is a leadership development program delivered in partnership by Pride in Diversity and Authentic Leaders. Combining expertise in LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion, leadership coaching, and professional growth, the program supports emerging and aspiring LGBTQ+ leaders to strengthen their leadership capability, build confidence, expand their networks, and navigate their careers with authenticity. Participants gain practical leadership skills while exploring how to lead with impact, foster inclusion, and contribute to more inclusive workplaces and communities.
